For online applications, you will be asked to send your application package by postmail only if you are selected (to confirm your enrollment in the ME3 program).

Only complete application files will be considered.

Please strictly follow the list provided, all documents must be placed in the order provided in the list here.

All extra documents (e.g. high school academic records, training certificates) will not be considered and can even lead to the rejection of your application.

Please avoid the use of staples, eyelets, paper clips or envelopes.

The examination board is particularly vigilant against any fraud attempts and every application file will be submitted to a verification process.

You will be sent an acknowledgement email when your application is received. This may take some time for paper applications due to the high number of applications. You will be notified directly when submitting your application online.

In case you want to compete for the Excellence Scholarships offered by the ME3 consortium (see here), your application package must be received by EMN before the 31st of January 2012 for the edition 2012-2014. The deadline refers to when the application is received, not when the application is sent.

In case you would need an application result to apply for a scholarship or other funding before a given deadline, please send an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
