I am an R&D engineer managing and working in innovative projects on Model Driven Engineering (MDE) for the AtlanMod research team with particular focuses on:

  • The design and application of MDE techniques in industrial scenarios (model driven reverse engineering, tool interoperability/evolution, enterprise architecture, etc.)
  • The dissemination and/or industrialization of corresponding research results and prototypes (e.g. knowledge and technology transfer to companies).
I had notably been working, around these different topics, as the responsible for the team coordination on the MODELPLEX (MODELling solution for comPLEX software systems) IST European project and the TEAP (TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Platform) FUI French project. I'm currently working similarly on the ARTIST (Advanced software-based seRvice provisioning and migraTIon of legacy SofTware) ICT European project and the MoNoGe (Modeling Environments Interoperability and Evolution) FUI French project.
Since several years, I am active in the Eclipse open source community as the leader of the MoDisco project and a regular user/promoter of EMF, ATL, EMF Facet and other Eclipse Modeling projects.
I am also a regular conference speaker, e.g. at the Eclipse Community major events which are EclipseCon (North America), EclipseCon Europe and EclipseCon France, as well as an organizer/participant of Eclipse DemoCamps (in Nantes).
Constantly interacting with the team’s partner companies within the context of different collaborative actions and projects, I have also published and presented more than 20 papers in various international journals, conferences and workshops around MDE and its applications.

I have a permanent position in the team, funded by an Ecole des Mines de Nantes (Mines Nantes) contract.
